1. Essential session cookie
The current Care website uses an essential session cookie to support secure form handling, including CSRF protection and short-lived form-session continuity. It is not used to build an advertising profile.
2. First-party enquiry attribution
If you arrive with campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium or campaign, the website may retain those values during the browsing session so an enquiry can be attributed to its source. This information is used for operational and marketing measurement rather than clinical decision-making.
3. Analytics and advertising technologies
The current release does not rely on non-essential advertising cookies as a requirement for the Care website to function. If Diagnex later introduces analytics, advertising or other non-essential technologies, this policy and any required consent controls should be updated before those technologies are treated as active.
4. Browser controls
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the essential session cookie may prevent secure website forms from working correctly.
5. Changes
Diagnex may update this policy if the website’s cookie or analytics configuration changes. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
