How the service works

1. Initial enquiry

A care coordinator gathers basic information and explains the relevant pathway.

2. Assessment

Where required, an authorised clinician assesses suitability, dependencies and risk.

3. Confirmation

The service scope, setting, schedule, team and commercial terms are confirmed before delivery.

4. Delivery and follow-up

Service records, follow-up and escalation are coordinated through the Diagnex operating system.
